Do I need an existing AI system to use your services? +

Not necessarily. The Executive AI Briefing and Semantic Search services can be started from scratch. The Model Retraining service does require an existing deployed model, but we can advise on whether your current setup is suitable during an initial conversation.

How long does the semantic search implementation take? +

It depends on the volume of content and the complexity of your existing systems. Most implementations for mid-sized document repositories take two to four weeks from kickoff to go-live. We will give you a clearer estimate after reviewing your setup.

Is the Executive AI Briefing suitable for non-technical leaders? +

It is designed specifically for that audience. We keep technical jargon out and focus on strategic framing — what AI can realistically do, what it cannot, and how to evaluate whether a proposed AI investment makes sense for your organisation.

How is my data handled during these projects? +

We operate under a written data handling agreement for every engagement. Your data is used only for the scope of the agreed project and is not retained, shared, or used to train other systems. We follow applicable data protection standards and are happy to discuss specifics before signing any agreement.

What happens after the initial project is complete? +

That depends on what you need. Some clients engage us on a recurring basis for model retraining. Others come back when a new need arises. There is no requirement to commit to an ongoing arrangement — we are happy to work on a project-by-project basis.
